"The hotel amenities (restaurant, coffee shop) were lovely. The room was nicely designed with great lighting, the bathroom was clean and well laid out. However, the pillows were quite hard and heavy, they felt old and dirty. The beds weren’t much better. Our window in the room faced a loud unit outside which buzzed which prevented us from keeping the window open. Which was unfortunate as the room did need to be aired out."
