"We really enjoyed our stay there! The hotel is perfectly located, pretty close to some of the meeting points for activities in the city. I would like give a Big shoutout to Uros, Who was really gentle and caring with us, always willing to go the extra mile to exceed guest expectation. On the other side, I would like to mention a couple of things that could be improved and both related with the same area, the bathrooms of the rooms. For a 4 star hotel, I would have expected more variety of amenities and products, there was only one bottle of soap when you wanted to take a shower, besines the shower head I would say they're not the most handy and convenient, sometimes water would come out in any direction. But overall the stay was great!"

"I loved the hotel, room, staff, food. My only “complaint” was I faced the street and there was a loud gang hanging out several nights. I went to the front desk at 2 am and was told your police won’t do anything about that. It’s not the hotel’s fault and the gentleman was very nice but what a shame."
