Is there parking near the Hotel?

 Yes 200 metres adjacent to the hotel, The Spire Q Park.

Have you bag storage?

Yes, if you arrive early we are more than happy to store your bags for you.

Is there shopping, day tours and other activities nearby?

 Yes there is, all within 100 metres of our hotel. Please consult with our Guest Relations desk or Reception for advice.

How far are you from Dublin Airport?

 We are 10 Kilometres or 7 Miles, and approx. 25-40 mins travel time.

Is there Hair dryers in the bedrooms?

 Yes we provide hair dyers in our bedrooms which are mounted on the walls

Does the hotel offer a shuttle bus service?

 No, the hotel does not offer this service. However the aircoach (third party service) drops off less than 50 metres from the hotel lobby on O' Connell street.

Is this a smoking hotel?

 We are a fully non-smoking hotel.

Check In, how does it work?

 A credit card authorisation (pre-auth) will be asked for at time of check in and will be used to cover incidental items such as (but not limited to):
*Any breakages or damage incurred during your stay. *Additional servicing / cleaning charges above and beyond what would be deemed normal and acceptable.
We pre-authorise all credit cards upon arrival. Please note this process validates the presented credit card, and protects both the cardholder and merchant from increasing fraud incidents. We may pre-authorise a credit card for any charges we determine that the guest may be likely to consume during their stay. This may also include an amount to cover a security bond / deposit.for damages. The pre-authorised amount is set aside by the credit card company for a period of up to 10-days. The pre-authorisation will affect your available funds and / or spending limit. For more information on this practice we suggest the cardholder contact their card issuer.
Once a pre-authorisation has been made, we cannot release, remove or lower the authorised amount, until we process the final account on departure. This is a restriction placed on us by the bank and cannot be negotiated..
 

What time is Breakfast?

Breakfast is served from 07:00-10:00 Monday-Saturday. Sunday breakfast is served from 07:30-11:00am. 

What time is Check In/Check Out?

16:00/11:00, we will accommodate early check wherever possible.

What room types have you available?

We have singles, doubles, twins, triples, quads, wheelchair accessible rooms available on request.

What is your Pet Policy?

It is hotel policy not to allow animals on the premises, this includes Pets.

I am visually impaired and need a guide dog for assistance?

Registered guide dogs and other assistance dogs are permitted. Please notify manager on duty upon arrival if any additional assistance is required.
