For Advance Purchase packages, full pre-payment is required for the entire stay. Your credit card is charged at time of booking and is non-refundable. For all other packages, your credit card secures your booking and will not be charged at this time.
Cancellation Policy for Internet Saver Rates:
Full pre-payment is required for entire stay. Credit Card is charged at time of booking by the property. Reservations cannot be modified - the price quoted applies to exact guest name/ date(s)/nights/stay booked. Changes to your reservation (including but not limited to name changes, date changes, etc.) are not permitted.
Early departure/cancellation: If you depart early or you cancel or fail to honour this reservation for any reason, you will not receive any credit or refund. Cancelling your reservation or failing to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will result in your reservation being cancelled and you will not receive any credit or refund.
Extending your stay: Extension to existing reservations will require a new reservation for the additional date(s), subject to availability and prevailing rates.
Payment & Cancellation Policy for ALL OTHER rooms and offers/packages (Flexible Rates): Cancellations should be made directly to the property 48 hours in advance of arrival date, to receive your Cancellation Number. If you fail to do this, you will be charged the first nights accommodation cost. Where a booking fee/deposit has been paid, this will be non-refundable. Academy Plaza Hotel reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
