Marko, our head barista and the Academy Coffee manager, is an experienced coffee professional with more than ten years of experience working with all things coffee, ranging from large scale commodity coffee producers all the way to specialty micro roasteries and everything in between. Along with extensive experience around and behind the bar, Marko also brings several years of experience in coffee training and education, working with some of the biggest names on the Dublin's coffee scene.
