It was centrally located and very comfortable, breakfast was a bonus, very pleasant staff.

Room was very nice and quiet. Especially as it was facing the front of the building. Only slight negative was the pillows were slightly too firm. A bit softer would have sealed a brilliant sleep. The shower room was a bit small but was adequate for the 2 night stay. Overall for 3 star food and stay very good. Would stay again ?.

Love the new decor in reception & foyer. Room earlier than checkin time and I was so grateful for that. Lovely room, spotless and quiet. All staff attentive and friendly. Fabulous breakfast selection, something to suit all. Perfect location !

Check in, check out super fast. Grand breakfast, close to many attractions. Comfortable bed. Very close to local bus station, Hop in Hop off bus tour as well as bus to Belfast. Bus from Dublin airport stops three minutes from the hotel. We enjoyed staying in this hotel. Actually I rebooked this hotel for my next stay, which is after 18 days. This place is good for tourist as well as business travel alike.

Nice hotel, overall we were glad we booked our stay. A few remarks: Room: no luggage room, no EU adapter for hair iron, no cupboards in bathroom. Breakfast: we did not like the orange juice one bit, little bread options, maybe add a cornflakes variation for kids. Bar: prices are rather high. But the cocktail we enjoyed was sooo good!! But really, overall we liked our stay! Thank you.

Stayed on 5th floor.Room fine and spacious.No noise.Plenty variety for breakfast and food of good quality.Bar staff very friendly and accommodating.Reception staff very curious.Location is city central.Will definet y stay here again

Amazing service from the minute we arrived - everyone was so nice & accommodating- beds were comfy & breakfast was delish!! Will def stay again!

Perfect location for a short stay in Dublin, air coach stop few steps from the hôtel, visit of the town within walking distance, clean and quiet room, good and various food for breakfast, and dinner, nice waiter, we recommand, Chris & Pat from France

Room was clean and functional, though small. Breakfast was good with a large selection of hot and cold items. Bar and restaurant were also good with helpful staff. The bell/front door staff were the most attentive of all the staff with whom I interacted —they were fast moving and very helpful with luggage, directions and even offered suggested activities. It was a good stay in excellent location. I would definitely recommend it to others.

I suggest to keep bar and food service open till midnight. Also a minibar inside room.

Lovely hotel, great location. Lovely restaurant and bar. Very modern. Rooms are just what you need. The only down side to the room would be how paper thin the walls are. Also I found the door in room 216 quite difficult to close properly. Overall a brilliant staff with very friendly staff.

Did everything to make our stay comfortable.

We are very happy with our stay, the staff is very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are cleaned every day, breakfast is very good and coffee is espresso! Location is perfect, everything is nearby.

Ottima la posizione con i punti d'interesse quasi tutti facilmente raggiungibile a piedi e principali mezzi di trasporto a due passi(incluso bus per aeroporto).Pulizia adeguata.Gradita la ricchissima colazione inclusa nel prezzo se soggiorno prenotato direttamente con la struttura.Unico neo la presenza di copripiumini e la mancanza di lenzuola di cotone nella biancheria da letto.

Shower a little hard to get in and out of for an elderly lady. Other than that it was perfect. Excellent breakfast. Bed comfortable. Safe was a little extra that was very welcome. Cleanliness first class. I will return.

Room w/two twin beds which were comfortable. The tub was narrow, it's floor was curved & only minimally flat which made for very careful maneuvering while showering....a tub mat would have provided some added stability. Dining staff were a blur, busy trying to keep up. The breakfast hostesses were welcoming & the setup was efficient, done well with an organized buffet and a good variety of foods to choose from, a coffee machine and perked coffee in pots as well.

Exceptionally clean however breakfast could be better also the closure of the Livingroom bar etc is a huge loss.

It was All Ireland match day and there was 2 members of staff behind the bar. There was a wait of at least 25 to 30 mins for a drink. Then on Sunday night, the coors tap and another 3 taps were out bcoz of no barrells left. I just felt that the bar could have been managed better knowing the weekend that it was and when the hotel was full to capacity on Sunday night

Molto soddisfatto, come location, camere, pulizie, colazione e gentilezza. Poco soddisfatto per la gestione dei tour organizzati, hanno fatto non pochi casini.
