"I stayed for 1 night recently while attending a concert in Dublin and was very satisfied with my stay. The location is excellent and hotel is modern. I had a room with 2 twin beds which was very comfortable. My rate of €75 included breakfast. Breakfast was full buffet, plenty of choice and very good quality. All staff I encountered very very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend for a short stay."

"Would I stay at Academy Plaza again. Absolutely! The hotel has a lovely feel, the room was nice - clean and reasonably modern. Loved having a safe. The location was superb and the breakfast was nothing short of sensational. My only criticism would be that most of our encounters with the staff was not what we expected. Not overly friendly. They weren’t rude but we just didn’t feel that warm Irish hospitality we were expecting. It wouldn’t stop us staying there again though."
